I recently visited the Budva City Museum and was genuinely impressed! The museum is beautifully housed in a historic building right in the heart of Budva Old Town, making it easy to find while exploring. The exhibits are thoughtfully arranged over several floors, showcasing fascinating artifacts from Roman, Byzantine, and local history.
I especially enjoyed the ancient jewelry and detailed mosaics — each piece tells a story of Budva’s rich cultural heritage. The information panels are clear and available in multiple languages, which made the visit very accessible.
The atmosphere is calm and perfect for anyone interested in history or just wanting to learn more about this charming coastal town. It took me about an hour to see everything at a relaxed pace.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Budva — a great way to connect with the...

The library is rich, with a solid collection of books, but other than that, there aren’t many significant exhibits in the museum. There are a few items that are interesting, but not impressive enough to justify the visit.
Outside the museum, you can see the remains of an old church, but again, not enough to make the experience special. The...
