ROYAL GARDEN juice bar — Restaurant in Budva

We visited this restaurant yesterday, drawn by the picturesque garden, but ended up deeply regretting our decision due to a HORRIBLE experience. The chicken teriyaki we ordered was severely lacking; it was extremely dry and emitted a foul odor. When we courteously asked the waiter to remove the dish from our bill, he shockingly plunged his hand into my plate, grabbed the chicken, and took a bite, loudly proclaiming that it tasted perfectly fine. He adamantly refused to remove the charge, all while aggressively raising his voice at us. We were utterly appalled by his grotesque and barbarian behavior. A really nice, cute and calm location with decent service in the old town of Budva.

The food on the other hand is not good. Almost not enjoyable. We ordered Hummus which was ok and Buddha bowls as a main. They consisted of canned corn and chickpeas, some dry rice, a bunch of (pretty good) tomatoes and a bit of tofu. Plus a sprinkle of soy sauce. Definitely not matching the menu (avocado, lettuce and arugula were missing) and definitely not good. And most definitely not worth the money (12€). Communication of the missing items would have been desirable.

I wish I could say better things about the food because it’s so hard to find decent vegetarian let alone vegan food in Montenegro but this...

The worst café in Budva, Montenegro, so far. I visited the café with my wife. We are vegans. We decided to go there due to the VEGAN MENU.

We ordered, it called "Budda Bowl”, the name is not exactly, but very close to it. This dish costed 11 EUR, which is too expensive (normally vegan Pizza or vegan Pasta costs around 6-9 EUR).

Finally. We got just the plate with beans and chickpea from Bonduele (it's really, it is not a joke!), avocado and carrot. That is… No sauce.

Then I ordered Nachos. These guys just opened the Nachos package, which you can buy in supermarket, and it costed 5.5. EUR
