Extremely Disappointing Experience â Rude and Disrespectful Staff
Our visit to the casino was by far the worst experience we've ever had. The behavior of the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional â it genuinely felt like they thought they owned the place rather than being there to serve customers.
While I agree that the entry is free, itâs important to remember that we are paying for the games and contributing to the business. Despite that, the staff lacked even basic manners in speaking to guests.
When we asked about dinner coupons, we were sent from one staff member to another repeatedly â no one wanted to take responsibility or help us out. It was extremely frustrating and time-wasting.
The most disappointing incident happened while we were playing roulette on the computer. Upon asking for drinks, a staff member named Mr. Badri Rijal rudely said, â1000 âč me khelenge aur beer bhi piyenge?â (Youâll play with âč1000 and still expect a beer?). This was deeply insulting and uncalled for. Later, he mentioned that the minimum balance should be âč5000 for playing on the computer â something that was never communicated to us beforehand. We only found out as we were leaving.
To make things worse, a pit staff member in a blue blazer (unfortunately we couldnât get his name) completely ignored us when we approached him for assistance. His dismissive and arrogant behavior made us feel extremely unwelcome.
Overall, the treatment felt discriminatory â especially towards Indian guests. We expected hospitality and fairness, but were instead met with contempt and bias. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and...
Read moreThese people are fraudsters!!! Told me on the phone about a promotion where if you buy 50000 rupees of chips they will give a 3 night stay at the Hyatt hotel. Over the phone we asked for all the fine print details regarding the chips and they assured us we can use the chips to play any games we wanted and the chips were valued at 50000. We came to the hotel and checked in. When it was time to play they suddenly told us there was lots of fine print and the 50000 rupees of chips were only actually worth 25000. You can either break even or lose. Not able to win money. We had already checked into the hotel and they told us we would need to pay for the hotel. We asked if we can play poker for a few hours and get a free hotel for the night. They told us that was fine since there was all the confusion. The next day they told us during check out we needed to pay for our stay at the hotel. We insisted we would not and that was fraudulent. The casino manager came over and argued. He ended up yelling âF$&@ you!!â At my friend for not paying.
On another note Please avoid the poker table. They have inside players who bet and bet endlessly. They are working inside job for the casino. Itâs impossible to win when they have endless bankroll.
These people are real fraudsters!!! Avoid at...

Almost did a rebuy with 500 Euro but : they offered me a very very bad exchange rate... like minus 35% in Indian rupees so i followed my gut feeling and ran away ASAP.... I witnessed eye signaling over again from these 2 players.... I understand Nepal is a country of need in foreign currency.. but dear people don't scam foreigners who come to visit your country.... rather earn it honestly...
Also there is the " site" manager who stays very close to the foreigners once they buy in to the table.... she stays very close to you...and watch your every move and eye contact.
In Europe this scam would make you close your Casino... In Nepal its a way of earning money... so sad......
Take care and i hope you wont get rugged in this particular Casino.
Better to give your money to people...
