Rederij Aemstelland — Attraction in Amsterdam

Dear Felicia,

Time flies and it has been already 8 days since our wonderful evening with your captains and crews. As soon as we arrived home we undertook a relocation which took all our attention.

Thanks to you our 12.5 year wedding anniversary is engraved in our hearts and the memories of our guests as a magical ceremony that lived up to our most wonderful dreams.

We only heard excellent comments about the first trip with the Jan Schmitz. The friendliness of the crew, the gorgeous tea cups and delicious cookies received high approval rating.

As for the Monne de Miranda, we received from Johan and his team a great service. Indeed we had to change the table arrangements only 3 hours before our departure since two guests came ill. They perfectly managed it as well as the changes in the routing due to having lost 2 passengers. It caused no stress to our experienced captain who with his crew have shown flexibility.

The boat was splendid, perfectly lit and decorated and the Dutch buffet was the source of many satisfaction.

The service crew was always very pleasant and attentive. Truly warmhearted they did make everyone feel comfortable.

Dear Felicia, we really want to congratulate and thank you for your service. Rederij Aemstelland has provided us a truly outstanding service and we can only be very grateful for it. You have inspired many of our guests to follow our footsteps.

Always a special experience when doing a canal tour of Amsterdam with Rederij Aemstelland! All season long, rain or shine small groups or large Rederij Aemstelland has a boat for you! Our favorite boat is the Elisabeth. Every year we request her to enjoy the Lights festival along the Amsterdam canals, it’s always a wonderful experience. Call or email them, they always get back to you in a timely manner and are very helpful in decided which boat is best for your needs. Booked the Elizabeth for a surprise birthday party for 12 which happened to be during the Amsterdam Light Festival. The whole experience was absolutely magical as we sailed silently through the canals, early evening, in December. A want-for-nothing selection of drinks onboard and the tray of vegetarian bites was perfection, as were the vegan bitterballen and samosas that appeared en route. Captain Kiek was at the helm and she was brilliant. A wonderful experience. Not inexpensive but worth every penny. Memories like this...
