Ninja Valley is cool. Our middle son has been a number of times for friendās birthday parties and today was his chance to do the same and enjoy the facilities for his.
Childrenās attraction have never been my cup of tea simply because of the noise. Turning up on the hour with 120 young people was terrible but the realisation that it was part of the process of changing from one session to the next was a great learning for me.
The equipment is new and due to the age of the facility itās to be expected. The mix of height equipment with tramps, slides and the Ninja aspect just trilling.
I loved seeing adults having fun with their children and the number of staff strategically placed due to a number of key reasons. The main being risk and equipment use for the centre piece activity. The heights course.
We brought 10 children ranging in age from 11-7 at a cost of approximately $17.00 per child for 2 family passes. Total cost $170.00. For single admissions at $20.
The hour went fast and the kids wanted more time but I felt it was more than enough time.
There are rooms you can book and great vantage points throughout the venue.
I highly recommend this as a great value adventure for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe play area is fantastic. Really was impressed with the variety of play zones. Clean, fresh and exciting things to do.
However, not pram or wheelchair friendly access to the party rooms or cafe. These are on the 2nd floor and only accessible by stairs. This meant that recently I had to wait downstairs with a newborn and miss the party experience.
Additionally, I think it is priced a bit high for a single hour of play. Almost need to pay for 2 hours, but then the price would be exorbitant. I think perhaps 2 hour intervals would be better and a decent amount of time for children. Juniors under 8 should be priced differently as they mainly play in the ball pit and do not use the staff attended play areas.
Parking: horrendous. We could not find a park on the rd, or back parking, or out front. Nb: if you wait till the end of the hour when ppl leave there are parks but then you will miss the first 10 minutes of your hour play.
Two starts removed for: access to party rooms and cafe,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited this place with our family while in Hamilton. At first glance, it seemed like a fantastic spot for kids to have a blast, but it gets quite crowded with children, leading to longer wait times. They have a system where they allow new kids in every hour, showing a video a few minutes before the hour and letting them out five minutes before the hour ends. So even with an hour pass, the actual playtime is around 50 minutes, and even that is further limited by the waiting. The lack of adequate waiting areas for parents is a downside, and the cafe, which is the only available option, offers a limited menu with underwhelming taste. This aspect definitely needs improvement. It's a place worth trying once with kids, but there's room for improvement. Overall, it's a decent option for family...
