I've been to many Chinese supermarkets for roasted meats, but this is the first time I've found it unbearable and feel the need to complain. I once bought a discounted soy sauce chicken, and the meat was extremely tough, hard, and not even properly plucked. Chewing it was like chewing hard wax.
The photo is of half a duck I bought just an hour ago, and this time it was simply rotten!! Spoiled!!!
I don't have the energy to argue with them anymore. Selling spoiled food to consumers before the end of the Lunar New Year festivities, what kind of intention is that!!

I bought a product that was leaking, and instead of offering any assistance or replacing the item, the cashier just stood there watching me struggle and asked me to pay. There was no effort made to help or provide basic customer service.
It's clear that the staff lacks proper training in how to treat customers. I expected better, and this experience has left me hesitant to shop here again.
