As a regular here I won’t be returning absolutely disgusted in how I was treated today . I come here almost daily but now never again. Tried to sell me yesterdays roast pork when they had a fresh one right next to it started yelling at me and says everyone comes in saying that’s yesterdays pork because that it is . She told me to come back later to get the fresh roast when I went in at lunch to return and be yelled at for wanting what she told me . I also opted at the lunchtime for chicken and potato’s which were also old and reheated disgusting I simply can’t believe the standards of this place has dropped significantly. You cannot treat your customers this way so for that I have made a report to the commerce learn your customer service skills and treat your regulars with respect also you lost several customers behind me from your constant yelling and whinging at me ....

This place fantastic, the gold standard for roast meals. Excellent service and friendly staff, the lovely smell of roast food as you walk in the door lets you know you're in for a treat. The carver himself also takes great care in making sure you don't get any gnarly bits in your meal. The veges are lovely and so is the gravy. One thing that stood out was the chicken roll, rather than use roast chicken, they use pieces of southern style fried chicken, so you get the tender meat and crispy skin. The only thing I could critique is the apple sauce, it's a touch on the thin side, so getting some on your pork is a bit tricky, but the flavour is bang on.
