Just want to add my two cents to the reviews and say this studio’s team is awesome! I’ve been doing pole dance here for a year, starting from absolute zero – and it couldn’t have been more comfortable and accommodating. Natasha is the most patient, technically precise and fun instructor, breaking down every single move so that you know how to do it safely and correctly. I’ve been with Natasha most of my journey (both for pole and active flex) and was constantly encouraged and supported.

I also had a few classes with Jehan (lovely, no fuss classes – feels like with an old friend), Helen (ideal if you want to learn some super feminine/sexy style almost unconsciously), Ellie (for those advanced in flexibility and after a challenge) and Olivia (fine-tuning and a critical eye for your movements).

The system is quite flexible after the Intro course (which runs in blocks): you either buy concession cards and book yourself into times and dates that you want, or you buy a membership and again attend at times and dates that work for you. Multiple sessions are run throughout the week so you don’t have to stick to same schedule and be in the same group all the time. Super convenient!

Over the time I've spent here, I've learned so much more than just dance moves - I've gained confidence, strength, and a newfound appreciation for my body's capabilities. The teachers are all extremely supportive, absolutely hilarious and incredibly knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and encouraged every step of the way. I take private pole lessons at Limitless Studios and occasionally attend group classes. I love it! The instructors are world-class and so encouraging and fun.

I'm disabled (legally-blind) and this has never been an issue for anyone – they're happy to work with me and find ways to help me understand when I can't see.

There are plenty of opportunities to develop as a performer, with showcases, professional productions, photoshoots, help with competitions, and workshops with guest instructors. One thing I really love is the variety in dance styles and apparatus offered, and the friendly, supportive atmosphere. It's not competitive – everyone cheers everyone on and everyone is on their own journey. It's super beginner friendly, and smaller class sizes mean lots of individual attention and support.
