Freyberg Beach Play Area — Attraction in North Island

Lovely play area and white sand beach in Oriental Bay in Wellington. Things to play on, sand to dig in and the sea to swim in. There are changing rooms available for those brave enough to take a dip (water can be quite cold most of the year). There is also plenty of space for those who just want to catch some rays.
