We bought bicycle and found it faulty. When we took it back to kmart staff told to come back and they said their bike technician not there. Next day we received text message that bike has been assembled but when we went to pickup found that the fault was still there but the staff and manager were not ready to listen us. They said bike has been fixed by technician. We asked for written proof but refused to provide. We left bike there and approached to complaint to the head office department but not satisfactory answer. Overall, they was tried to put bike fault on us. A few items were opened in the stationery aisle, which was disappointing because they were the only ones left. A lot of areas were considerably tidy with a few misplaced goods. They were sold out of some products. The anko wireless bluetooth earphones I'd purchased were not very good quality as the left earbud was cutting off sporadically, so I had to return and swap them and the new ones weren't any better as they were muffled after 5 minutes of use.
