I always go there and never buy ice one but hot drink.i always paid large size and yesterday lady made ice in it and i told I didn't order cold with ice but hot drink as always ordered but that lady was upset and says just take and then later took away ice and gave me back still cold so I said I ordered hot drinks but she angry we can make now?it's was Terrible service also I didn't realized that hot drink was 1$more cheap but I paid as large size which means paid 1$ more al the time!I mentioned for that by checking clear price for hot drink and large size!they were angry said I don't know!I even showed up how much I paid so far with bank history with card too.but said answer I don't know and angry.i never go back.pls aware when u guys order they might...

Ordered on the online app and it took 30 minutes for us to get the drink. We noticed other people getting their drinks before us even when they ordered after, we sat in and we’re waiting and weren’t acknowledged, went up to the counter to ask where they were and were still ignored by the sassy boy serving, when we asked where they were they had them sitting behind the counter and hadn’t called them out or put them on the counter.
