Was absolutely awesome. Only other haunted house experience I had was spookers. This one focused on jump scares and turns out, jump scares are terrifying. It was shorter than i expected but I also didn't read the description so when I learnt it was in the dark the entire time. It was the perfect amount of time. Near the end I was starting to get overwhelmed from the darkness and anticipation of the next jump scare that I was about ready to chicken out. If you're unsettled by the dark and what could be in it. Then this will scare you. Book your slot! Showed up on time and then we were in the attraction near imediately

10/10 - a great experience! A really good value for money, fun activity ... which will get your heart racing and deliver plenty of jumps and laughs! Did this activity with friends before dinner and it certainly provided us with plenty to chat about and discuss for the next few hours. The photo package was worth the money and we're glad we stopped by and "took the leap of faith" or "bit the bullet" - it is scary in parts but also exciting and a lot of fun!

I loved Fear Factory! I didn’t really know what to expect, but I really enjoyed it.

The staff there were so friendly and courteous… Tilly and Lucia in particular were really sweet and nice… despite their scary makeup! Lol

I got so scared going through it… wayyy more than I expected. My adrenaline levels were so much higher doing this than even on the Shotover Jet!

I highly recommend it. I’ve read through some of these other reviews… I think some people are quite immature in their bad reviews. This place is what you would expect… it’s a scary, fear factory! They are going to scare you. But you need to follow the directions and go through it in the right order.

The staff do an awesome job… they have to manage all sorts of different groups. If you and your group act like immature children, then don’t complain when the staff have to reprimand you or even end the experience early.

Act responsibly and you’ll have a...

Went with my girlfriend and it was absolutely terrifying!! Was a little bit skeptical as I’m a huge wuss and had never done anything like this, but it was totally worth it and I would 100% go again! Whole place had a great setup with lots of cool merch and props for the photos. Got there a bit early and as we waited we could hear the screams of other people going through the maze which really added to the anticipation and we were scared before we even went in! I think I screamed louder than I ever have in my life, my heart was beating out of my chest and I was absolutely filled with terror - even writing about it now is giving me flashbacks 😱😱 Overall was a great experience, staff were super friendly (and great actors), and at the end there was a video of you walking through the maze - just so you could see what a wuss you looked like! Would totally recommend to anyone and everyone, you...

It was absolutely terrifying! Last year I was here in Queenstown with a group of family and we stumbled across it and wanted to give it a go but couldn’t because it was so busy, so now that I’m back here I wanted to finally return and try it out only this time, I went alone solo and let me tell you it was HORRIFYING but such a fun and anxious experience! The actors are world class and make it so horrifying as they are ALWAYS WATCHING! They toy and taunt with you the whole time and I remember when I first stepped in I said “knock twice if someone’s here!” out of sheer fear and they did! 🤣

To all you fellow Aussies, I’ve been to every Fright Nights multiple times and this is on a WHOLE OTHER league of its own! It is nothing I’ve ever experienced before and I highly recommend it if you walk past or are thinking of doing something new while here in this beautiful city! I would 100%...
