I donāt know what happened to this place. Whoās clever idea was it to remove customers from buying half blocks of fudge?! Horrendous marketing idea.
Myself and my wife went in with the intention of buying the equivalent of 5 full 100g blocks. But in halves with different flavours added. Of course when we were told that you now had to buy a full block, I immediately was put off by the idea, and walked out.
Iām wondering if the directors / owners of the company know about this?! Terrible marketing move, trying to push on customers to buy more. It might work with the amount of Asian customers that walk through the door. But youāve lost a previous loyal local.
