Kiwi Self Storage - North Shore — Attraction in Upper Harbour

I love this place! The services I have received so far feels like a personal service, even though I rent the most modest unit. I increased the size of my storage at one time, and I have been given one of the best communication treatment. I received a phone call discussing my needs, it followed up with with an email, and I also received a discount for the odd days on my previous arrangement. This is gold star service! On the facilities itself, I do have a recommendation. I store some only mdf poster frames in the storage room. I noticed during winter, the place could be a bit damp, as when summer comes around, there are mold growing on some of the boards. I am not sure if it was just that unit, or the whole facility, or maybe my boards were just too old, either way. I wish this could be investigated...

We had a storage space at Kiwi Self Storage Northland for six months. We didn't know when our container would arrive. Kiwi Self Storage helped us calculate the sufficient but smallest storage space. Payment / contract started with the arrival of the items in the warehouse. Communication was always friendly and helpful. When we moved out, the warehouse was opened by Kiwi Self Storage for our moving company without our presence. All communication took place via email. The final billing was carried out on a daily basis. I can't imagine any better storage. Thank you doubleChris and everyone else for our smooth...

After 19 months, my time with Kiwi Storage North Shore is over. What a very enjoyable experience it has been :-)

When looking around at the storage options available, Kiwi seemed a good option. The sign up and onboarding process reasured me I had made the right choice - Chris could not have been easier or more friendly. The facility has always been clean and tidy and, on my visits there, everything went 100% smoothly.

I'm moving on and no longer need storage, for now at least. But when I do, Kiwi will be my first choice...
