AMAZING...

Had my daughters 21st at this regular venue for my dad, so had a basic idea of the Service and quality we were investing in....blown away...totally loved the evening, the staff are amazing, no Request was to small no Amount of supplies were to big. So glad we chose The venue. The staff are awesome and fully recommend this place To anybody, service and professional manner was above and beyond, very polite and also went above and beyond. The chef, omg Totally knocked the food out of the building, BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL 😍, was always flowing, took the stress of everything, kept us all feed and never Short of a nibble or the main meal, thank you for an Fantastic evening. Opening up extra early for the Breakfast the following day was also an added service that we absolutely appreciated due too out of town guests, having a another beautiful menu to pick from and kept up with the number of orders, fantastic and highly appreciated this, it was delicious and just what we needed...Thank you so much, Candice was very pleased and extremely grateful

I dropped by not too long ago to inquire about their poker games.

Based on the sign, I know that it starts at 6:30pm-7pm. But I wanted to know more details like re-buy costs, how many rebuys are allowed, if so, at what price, time-limit per rounds, roughly how many players play, etc. So I went to the bar to ask for more info as the signage suggested. When I asked the guy at the bar about the game, he quickly answered with "the game starts at 6:30pm" without giving me the chance to get my message across. I told him, "Yes, I know the game starts at 6:30pm but I wanted to know more info." He then pointed at a guy who was watching the game and drinking and said "you can go ask him."

What's the point of the signage if the staff is not open to hearing my inquiries. He spoke in a tone as if I was interrupting his work or that he was annoyed with me just wanting to ask a simple question. He could have just apologized if incase he knows little about the details of the game and just escort me to the guy who knows. I was planning on staying and buying drinks till the poker game started but that interaction turned me off, unfortunately....

Booked a reservation for 8pm and showed up just to find out they never made my reservation. Got the rudest man known to man and someone needs to address him. Asked for id for dinner when no where on their website stated that under 18 aren’t allowed food and last time I checked pub AND GRILLS have no restrictions regarding age. Never in my life have I been spoken too the way he did and I will be contacting the manger in the morning if he is manger I hope everyone finds this review helpful

Update: I spoke to the manger and I now see exactly why the staff feel they are appropriate to act like this. She told me "I can't make him apologise to you." Feel free to form your own opinions but in my opinion it is simply...
