Tomfit Gym — Local services in Upper Harbour

Ended up deciding on Tomfit as a gym as my partner also goes here for personal training and it was a great decision. I have thoroughly enjoyed training at Tomfit as everyone is very friendly and looks genuinely happy to be there. I also feel I can ask all the stupid questions I want and not be judged. Cara was also great when creating a program for me. Cara listened to what I wanted to achieve, clearly explained what each section of my plan was about and how it aligned to where I wanted to be and went through the exercises I was unfamiliar with.

When I set out to do my plan the following week I felt much more confident with the exercises I had been set and much more confident in my training in general. Cara has also followed up with me on multiple occasions and always asks me how my training\plan is going when she sees me around the gym.

All in all I've found Tomfit to be great: the equipment is top quality, the people are really friendly and helpful and the trainers really know their stuff. If you're on the fence about picking Tomfit just walk through the door and ask one of the friendly staff - you won't be...
