OCARE NZ — Attraction in Upper Harbour

At first when I placed my online order I was impressed at how quickly it shipped. The next day, I was even more impressed my order had arrived - so fast. I opened my order and realised the items were NOT as described on the website. I contacted Ocare immediately, leaving all tags attached. The correspondence has been an absolute headache, the blame was placed on me for ordering the wrong item, so I sent them a screen recording of their own website which proves THEY are the ones who listed the item incorrectly, they expected me to "try find somewhere to print" the return label as I don't have a printer, or to take the items to the post office - currently bed-ridden with Covid. Told them it's all a bit much and I will just keep the incorrect items as they would work almost as well as what I intended to receive (same retail value). And the blame is put on ME. Horrible customer service experience. I had put a lot of time and effort into sourcing the product I wanted. The incorrect items that I received were exactly what I was trying to avoid. Very disappointed in their customer service. I brought 2 x 500g of merino lanolin cream which cost $77 with postage to Australia. When the products arrived they were both split open with cream leaking out. They were packed in a tiny bit of bubble wrap and postal sachet only (a previous company I used sent them in a box) When i contacted customer service they only stated they would pack them better next time. I said I was not satisfied with this response and they offered to complain to nz post but stated any compensation would take a while. I said again this was not really an appropriate response given their poor packing likely caused this issue. They offered to refund one bottle. I didn’t even bother replying. Found this little cute shop after I visited one of my customers near Royal Oak Shopping center. Got some beautiful candles for myself and a Jellycat avocado pouch for a friend of mine, some premium supplements for families. It was such a big surprise to find this shop as they stock many premium brands like Nordic Naturals, Solgar, NeoCell, etc., some are recommended by well-known nutritionists. Moreover, I also find their prices are much better than other online stores or independent pharmacies. Nearly $100 saved on everything I bought. Isn't it fantastic?! Isn't it fantastic?!
