It's fair to say that I'm a researcher... we had all of the major manufactures around to look at our future pool (its a huge investment). Don't waste your time with the other guys.... Ultimate Pools have been fantastic for us. Right from the concept stage to the actual installation I couldn't ask for more. Hugely professional on the install (we had the best guys) and even after the final invoice had been paid they totally looked after us.

It's the small things that make all the difference, I rang Jeremy on a Sunday when I was worried about something, he answered the phone straight away and put my mind at ease. We had an installer stay until 8pm to get the pool ready for my daughters birthday!

The self cleaning option is incredible, I haven't cleaned the pool in 6 months and it couldn't look better!

The pool is absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to enjoy it this summer.

We have had our X trainer 7 metre pool installed since August 2019. What can you say about the team at Ultimate Pools. The assurances from Jeremy,( Sales), Steve and Warren ( Owners), to the back up of Rainbow, (Operations), all the installation boys, Dev, (shop) and Evan ( Valet), why would you purchase a pool from any other supplier? The quality in manufacture of the pool,and equipment offered as standard or available as an option and prices, are second to none. Even though the Installation was finished in four days, their back up service and assistance is ongoing. The Advantage self cleaning system is a must, no more time wasting cleaning, just more time swimming. I believe a quality asset that I will enjoy for the rest of my life. Murray...

Getting a pool is a bit decision, and I didn't realise there were quite a few things which needed to be sorted out, but Rainbow and the team at Ultimate Pools were so helpful and guided me every step of the way. They put up with my constant questions and queries and explained everything rally well ! They made the process seamless and enjoyable. Everything was done on time and within budget. I can not fault the team at Ultimate Pools and would 100% recommend them to anyone who is thinking of getting a pool installed. And the self cleaning pool is the best thing ever. We have had the pool in for 7 months now, and its spotless, we hardly lift a finger to look after it ! Thanks...
