Sound Division Albany — Attraction in Upper Harbour

The only reason this review has one star is because I can't give it zero. Now in the spirit of full disclosure I never actually went into the store because I had decided to go to playtech (a truly fantastic store which everyone should go to for their computer needs) quickly before visiting sound division and by the time I came out (5 minutes later) a SD staff member (who was waiting outside the store for people to park in their spots rather than serve customers) had run out to my car and placed a note saying and I quote "THIS CARPARK belongs to sound division. It does not belong to katsubi or playtech. Please do not park here unless visiting us" needless to say I will never be visiting this store ever. But I will be sure to park in their spots should the mood take me. (Edit) And in response to their reply. As previously stated I never went into sound division so whoever it was that came in and said "how dare you own 7 parks" was not me. Came all the way from hamilton to get some stuff i need for a system im busy building, walked into the store asked the salesman im looking for 9v battery boxes his reaction was what do you mean in a very rude manner i explained to him what it is he just said go down that row and continued stading behind the counter and then i asked im also looking for some electronic enclosure boxes and gave me the same anwser so i carried on and got my things i needed didnt bother asking anything again because the people who work there is the most unfriendliest and rude sales people i have ever came across not one person greeted me back when i said good morning half of the people working there where on their phones busy if i didnt need the stuff i got there i would of walked out but i know for a fact i will never put my foot in that...

Today I had one of my best customer service experiences. The staff member looked after my questions and requests brilliantly. He was friendly, attentive, had great product knowledge and personality. He was really helpful with information and guided me through my options effortlessly and with great suggestions and solutions. He nearly upsold me on some equipment that I will need later on, though I will wait for now, when ready, I will look to enquire as to when he is on again and endeavor to go then.
