Sequel to my burger review overload @mr krums in Maryland -I thought to also review an ice cream spot but I initially wanted it to be both in ikeja- but sadly that didn’t work ...

I visited softs in ikeja and it was such a beautiful place ...

The aesthetics were perfect,the ice cream was even more perfect ..

They have an edible spoon,

So we ended up getting 2 different flavors of ice cream which was coconut and mango flavors with an edible spoon each ..

ORDER PRICE Mango flavor with pistachio and butterscotch syrup . NGN 3000 Coconut flavor with roasted coconut . NGN 3000 Edible spoons x2 NGN1000 -500 naira each

Total spend for 2 -NGN 7000

The ice cream was absolutely delicious - the flavors I tried and I highly recommend this place should you want to pop in for ice cream treats with your goons ...

Chophaus- is next to softs so if you ever visit , you have the opportunity to get eatables from somewhere right next to softs ...

Stumbled on Softs’ Instagram page a while back, and the aesthetics really got my attention. Finally made it there to see what’s up. So, the new place is within the former Burg space and pretty easy to find.

The ice cream place itself is quite visually catchy and I love how they’ve utilised colours to make it pictures worthy. The menu could do with more options, but it’s understandable as they are still fairly new. Tasted all the flavours, and I liked all except the Hokkaido green one which is like some sugar free option. The cone experience was delightful. The ice cream in the cone melts really fast, and can get messy. You should get the ice cream cup if you don’t want that.

Customer service is great. Would definitely come back, if they happen to add more items to their menu. Otherwise, I don’t see a point in going all the way to Ikeja for...

For one, the environment is lit, the ambiance, the touch of pink color everywhere (I really like this). The place small and cozy, sharing a space with Burg.co. Note, parking space is limited here and would be an issue whenever they get a pretty large crowd. The staff are really nice and friendly. If I were to judge this in customer service alone, I would give 5 stars.

The ice cream: The ice cream itself is okay, it’s good but not great. I went with a friends and we bought all the flavors, I would say the bubble gum is the best if the bunch. I wasn’t impressed with the toppings they have, they don’t have so much and they ones they are isn’t that great.

Price: I would say the price is mid, not to affordable for the size you get but also not to expensive to make...
