Øvingshotellet — Attraction in Oslo

I've been using Øvingshotellet on the regular for a good while now, as an amateur musician, as a teacher, and as a student.

It's really well soundproofed despite having so many rooms. You can get anything from a tiny one/two-person room to big rooms for an ensemble. Speakers in every room, pianos in every room I've used, possibilities for renting additional equipment.

The place is also super central, cheap, it's really great! The worst that has ever happened to me there was when my teacher booked a room and it mysteriously didn't have a piano, just that one time.

Øvingshotellet is an excellent musical club for anyone interested in practicing as an individual or with your band. You can also record sessions in recording rooms.

I go here regularly to book single drum rooms to practice. They have double bass or single bass drum pedals in these rooms according to your preference. You can even rent cymbals either Sabian or Zildjian for the regular ride, 2 crash, and hi-hat set up.

Book a room online or in person and you'll get a pratice room at the time of your liking.

Receptionists should be warmer though! Encourage your patrons to work harder by smiling :) anyhow, they are knowledgeable people and know what they're doing, so no major complaints!

Rooms are clean and prepared and they have good sound systems.

Good prices for soloists, but much better for bands!...
