After posting my review on their FB page, rather than taking the opportunity to address the issue, they simply disabled the "reviews" tab on their FB page.
Here was my original review:
My review is aimed specifically at my experience dealing with "Javaved Development Corporation" (the landlord company managing the tenants and leasing).
Before leasing any commercial spaces in the Greenery, you may wish to read my experience as a potential LESSEE.
After agreeing on a unit to lease for 3 years and preparing the CAD drawings, I was then told that I should pay the advanced rent, deposit and construction bond and they would then give me the keys.
"No problem, but you haven't given me the contract yet" I replied.
I was then emailed their contract template by admin staff Emily G. Arenas-Vergara - of which I completed the details, printed 4 copies, signed them, and brought them to their office on the 2nd floor for countersigning and notarizing.
However, I was told this was "not correct" and so the admin proceeded to edit details on the contract and printed me off a copy to read can check. I asked if I can take the contract with me to re-read because nobody (should) sign a contract without reading it first, correct?
So I took the contract home, read it through again, made 3 more copies of their amended contract, signed them, and arranged to have them sent to their admin office.
However, upon doing so, I was then informed that the deposit had to be made first, to which I replied "I am happy to make the deposit as soon as I get a signed copy of the contract back" (I had already signed)
Apparently, their "standard procedure" is to collect the deposit, advance rent, and construction bond BEFORE a contract is signed?!?!
Are you serious?
In what universe does someone pay over 100k without a contract?
Their answer was "They gave me the award notice"
Well, the award notice is a one-page document with no signature, not notarized, and says "refer to the contract" on it!
Who honestly pays over 100k upfront with no signed contract? Even when you purchase a condo, you get a signed agreement with your reservation fee.
Would you pay the deposit on a house without a signed agreement?
Their response was "But you don't get a Title Deed for a property before it's built"
Are you kidding me?
Of course, you don't get the Title Deed at the beginning...but you sure do receive a signed contract before you pay the deposit!
I am not sure if Javaved Development Corporation's head office is aware or sanctioned this process for leasing their properties, however in my 19 years of business and multiple commercial leases I have signed, I've NEVER been asked to pay 100k just on "your word" without a signed contract.
I even verified with our corporate lawyer on Javaved Development Corporation's "standard procedure" to which my lawyer replied:
"Do not agree to this. It should be simultaneous. Upon signing, you get possession through the key plus you pay the deposit"
After replying to their last email, that I was happy to pay the deposit once the contract was signed, I was ghosted.
I cannot find the email or phone number details for Javaved Development Corporation's head office, hence I am documenting my experience here.
I would have thought during Covid times real estate companies & brokers would be making it EASIER, not HARDER to fill their vacant properties...

Location: My aunt and I went to Revive to get our hair done. The skin and wellness spa is located at the Greenery-- a good location; the way to the parking isn't hard to locate or access.
Locating Revive isn't a challenge as well since it's found on the ground floor.
Interior: The interior was designed really well--very calming and comfortable.
Staff and Service: The staff were very good at their jobs. I didn't know exactly what I wanted for my hair. I only had an idea, a suggestion. They were very accommodating, and professional. We let them do what they thought would be best for our hair and the results were just that-- the best!
I would most definitely recommend the...
