I read the reviews for most of the Good and ALL of the bad. That’s my thing to know what to expect. However, I have to say ALL the negative reviews are EXTREMELY overdramatic people and couldn't be far from the truth! They must just be miserable people inside and out! From the Tuna Tartar, crab croquettes, fresh fruit juices & cocktails, Dragon Fruit Salad, rib eye, to the mango float & lava cake everything was SUPERB! Texture, Taste, Quality, Service, everything you want and expect from a High End Restaurant “A+B” HAS IT ALL! Just be respectful, patient, and come ready to enjoy a culinary experience that will transport your taste buds and soul into nirvana. Best High End Restaurant I’ve eaten at in Philippines so far! That goes for Taguig Grand Hyatt & Shangri- La restaurants, a long with Boa Note and many others, as well as in Cebu with Pig & Palm (which I adore) & Mott 32, and even some High end ones in Davao… Everyone is different and everyone has different taste buds but by far I enjoyed A+B the most & there is no way that our taste buds can be that off that this restaurant doesn’t deserve its praise. So chill everyone and enjoy this GEM of a restaurant! The Mango Float I still dream about every second even while I am eating it!!! I love you Chef! Salamat po!

Update Second Time at B+A The last review I left I felt remised. I didn’t upload photos and even though I left high praises I felt like I didn’t do Bell + Amadeus justice… and Justice must be served! Pun intended lol. Bell + Amadeus is a culinary masterpiece! Easily probably one of my favorite restaurants in my life! Believe me I’ve eaten at some of the best in New York, Vegas, LA, as well as many countries abroad. The attention to detail and their craft is on a top tier level! I praise the chefs & the owners for their dedication to the art! Where do I begin with the dishes today? For starters the scallops, the crab croquettes, and the tuna tartar leave you yearning for the next dish and the Tuna tartar is NEXT level tartarlicious! My personal favorite starter you can’t go wrong. Then the mocktails are so yummy you just feel refreshed and satisfied inside. Todays meals where the salmon fillet and once again the phenomenal rib eye cuts. This is the saddest part of the meal because every bit makes you sadder than the next because you know the joy that you feel, while eating, will end once the meal is over. Then you feel the world is so cruel because the memory will linger with you when you leave. The one solace you have is that hopefully soon you can come back again to B+A and done again with an outstanding and attentive staff and relaxing/wonderful ambience. Now let’s get to the serious part… Dessert! The Mango Float… you’ve heard of Chef’s Kiss? Well the Mango Float is God’s Kiss. It is truly Heavenly! As for the Tiramisu it has a hint of sweetness if you don’t want to get down and dirty in the sugar but the flavor is so rich and light you will be Tiramissing it when it’s all done. FYI have the Tiramisu with a cup of tea or coffee to get the full experience of it. Lastly, the owners let us try a special Cebuano dessert “Local Torta biscuit with a mixed berry sorbet” and it was one of the best feel good desserts I’ve ever tasted! Overall, I have to say you are blessed and lucky Cebu… No I mean the Philippines! That Bell + Amadeus have decided to open their school of magical delights in The Philippines. It’s rare to find a place like this anywhere around the world, so when you have it, cherish it and enjoy it! Again, thank you B+A you continue to astound and push the needle! I hope for more Blessings to the Bell +...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "BELL AND AMADEUS," and I must say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and catered to my every need.

Upon entering, I was greeted by the friendly hostess, who promptly guided me to my table with a genuine smile. The waitstaff throughout the evening were attentive, knowledgeable, and displayed a true passion for their craft. They took the time to explain the menu in detail, providing insightful recommendations based on my preferences. Their expertise and enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.

The level of service was impeccable. Every aspect of our meal was seamlessly orchestrated, from the timely delivery of drinks to the efficient clearing of plates. The waitstaff paid keen attention to each table, ensuring that nobody felt neglected or rushed. They were always available to answer any questions and accommodated special requests with grace and flexibility.

One noteworthy aspect was the staff's ability to strike the perfect balance between being attentive and giving guests their space. They were present when needed, but never intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our meal and conversation uninterrupted. It created a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere that allowed for a memorable dining experience.

The attentiveness of the staff extended beyond the waitstaff. The restaurant manager also made it a point to visit each table, greeting guests and ensuring their satisfaction. This personal touch made us feel like valued customers and added a sense of warmth to the overall dining experience.

Furthermore, I had the chance to witness the collaborative efforts of the front-of-house and back-of-house staff. The synchronized choreography in the kitchen was evident in the seamless delivery of each dish. The service staff worked hand-in-hand with the kitchen staff, ensuring that every plate was delivered promptly and in perfect harmony with the pace of the meal.

Overall, the staff at B+A truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Their friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and genuine passion for their work contributed tremendously to a memorable evening. It is apparent that they take pride in their roles and strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

I highly commend the staff of B+A for their exceptional service. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine hospitality elevated our dining experience to another level. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a remarkable culinary experience accompanied by an outstanding team of...

We tried Bell+Amadeus for Sunday lunch and was somehow suprised that they place was quiet. The space was a bit dim but was exquisite as you see the lights and relfections on the tables and table wears. Seats were really comfortable and their music playlist was also very spot on. Ordering was somehow "difficult" as you have to switch from different pages on your browser between groups of food so it took a while for me. We had the scallops, pork chop, seafood truffle pasta, big breakfast and 2 desserts.

Pan Seared Scallops- a bit underwhelming given that its such a pretty dish. It was tasty and tender but didnt blow me away.

Mixed Seafood in Truffle Cream Sauce, Squid Ink Pasta- Very tasty with just the right amount of truffle taste for a non-truffle fan like me. The seafood toppings were all perfectly cooked. Great pasta dish.

Grilled Garlic Herbed Pork Chop- Huge serving, perfectly tendered with some nicely charred portions. The White Wine butter sauce was a bit disappointing and I liked it better without the sauce.

Big Breakfast- Very huge plate of breakfast assortments. Liked most of it except the sausage. The Pechay side was an instant favorite for me as it reminded me of the Pechay in Shao Kao Maginhawa.

The plate of 4 can easily fill a group of 4 and there were just 3 of us so we had a challenging time finishing everything. The appetizer and mains were great but the highlight for me was the Ylang-ylang Crème Brulee. It was not just a dessert but an experience. The nostalgic taste of the Jackfruit gel, the creamy indulgent creme brulee further elevated and sweetened by the floral notes of Ylang-ylang and the strange pairing of the black sesame ice cream was absolutely heavenly. I savored that dessert with my heart as it filled my core with unexplainable happy feelings. I was almost teary-eyed. The taste and feelings of that dish still haunts me in a very good way until today. This is definitely the best dessert I have tasted so far. Thank you for this experience...
