I’m very disappointed with how this school handles concerns regarding refunds. The contact person I was given does not respond, and I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply. I tried reaching out several times, but there was no clear communication or assistance. I’ve also been to the office before, but even then, no one could give me a proper explanation as to why my payment can’t be refunded. I’m sharing this because I believe students and parents deserve transparency and proper customer service, especially when it comes to...
