Budget Studio Unit in Makati — Attraction in Makati

The location is just perfect. Major establishments are just few steps from the building---food stalls, pharmacy,school, park, cafés, etc.

The unit is also safe, clean, and you'll have privacy. Each floor has CCTV.

The attendant, Francis, was very helpful and pleasant. The owner, Ms Mercy, responds to the query ASAP and was really accommodating.

Plus, FAST AND RELIABLE INTERNET.

My room was not that big but is good enough for me. Fresh towel, bed linen, blanket, pillow case, and comfy bed. I have my own sink (2-one inside the cr, one right next to my bed). Good supply of water in the bathroom. Perfectly working AC unit and stand fan. I have my portable cabinet to keep my clothes. Study table and chair.

An excellent place for a LESSER price. I will definitely book this place again. By the way, there is no elevator but it will be a nice thing to walk up the stairs. A good exercise.

first of all, as a long time tripadvisor member, i wrote a 1 star review having stayed in this place in 2019. The review was real, extensive and first hand, but it got removed (at the property behest) and since that, there is now an "excellent" review one.||||if you book this place they will: ||||a) send you a very, curt impolite email telling you what you cannot do in this dump.||||b) 2 days later they send a message about 'grab'. and how to get to the place.||||this place is NOT Makati in the true sense, it is located in a backstreet on the outskirts, with nothing at all to do.||||just check the place and when they send u the stupid email with the rules - ask yourself to save a few quid...is it worth the hassle? the place is set up to act cheap and provide cheap in every single way.||||I stayed here in March 2019. 1 night and horrible. The 👍, the wifi is good, the location is great, even the ac is noisy, it's cold and the building is really safe with the big gate in front. The 👎, i feels like the concept are room location for long term, because almost nothing is include, 2 smalls towell that even a 6 years couldn't use, a poor shower that have no hot water, no toilet tissue, no tv and a thin bed mattress that cant give you comfort.
