Ambience: Eating here was relaxing thanks to the peace, quiet, Japanese television (2 sets), and bar seat experience. There were Japanese customers too! Entire branch was nearly full including seats outside.
Food: California Maki was only six pieces but they were all big, making the count irrelevant. Each piece was delicious with creamy mayo and sweet mango. The mango at the ends were the best due to the bigger size.
Potato Yaki was extremely buttery. Smell wasn't that appetizing and in terms of texture, I felt it could've been grilled better.
Overall pricing is VERY expensive even for the dinner bentos.
Service: Hearing them greet customers in Nihonggo was really nice! I felt like I was at Japan! Wait time for Potato Yaki...
Read moreSecluded place and lots of japanese resto to choose from but honestly it's just a drinking resto , japanese cuisine are bland and needs more authenticity to it. You'll enjoy it more if you're a fan of drinks and ambiance.
Food 4.4/10 - The only commendable thing about it is that they make it like the authentic ones (except the eggs in ramen ) but the taste is very bland , and lacking of the flavor that you'd expect in a japanese cuisine especially the ramen. You'll come here for the drinks
Price 6/10 - it's just okay for the price , a 280 pesos for a combo meal is great
Service 8/10 - They'll assist you like a VIP even if there are lots of customers
Place 8/10 - More like a "secret place" vibes to it...
