SPACE Unit is advertised for a family of four but it is literally a tiny shoebox with an AC. Length from the foot of the bed to the wall can NOT fit two people at a time.
-WIFI Wifi is splotchy, if all three or four are connected at the same time, the wifi would lag and would stop loading pages.
-PESTS There are roaches and bugs in the unit. We've told the housekeeper and they only left an adhesive trap
-HOST Got an issue? The condominium staff can't help you. You've gotta contact your "host", which you can reach thru their personal phone/facebook. Unlucky you if you had an urgent issue and the "host" is outside of the condominium for personal reasons.
The host can only accommodate you when they are at home in the condominium. Otherwise, you're stuck waiting for hours because the Shore Residence staff would be of no help.
-AMENITIES amenities would not be available when you sign up and pay for the unit. It would be available AFTER you have checked in and the host has filled the right paperwork. You also have to sign it.
This brings us back to our previous point. If your host is not "at home" and you guys cant set a schedule to meet in person to sign the paper, then you wont have access to the amenities.
-OTHERS -Thin walls. Can sometimes hear whats going on in the next room.
-Washroom ventilation is also poor.
-Ventilation across floors is also poor so the garbage room on each floor stinks up the whole floor.
-The ceilings are also very low that it feels suffocating. I'm short, I can only imagine how bad it is for taller people.
FINAL VERDICT: dont pay BIG money for CHEAP unit. It's not worth it. Go for AirBnB or literally a hotel would be much better. Many of their residents are Chinese tourists who probably didnt know that there are WAY better options for the same price.

Read moreFor the past long weekend, we booked a 1-bedroom condo unit at Shore Residences through Agoda. I would rate this place 4/5 and here's why.
The good things: The room is well-maintained. It looked and smelled clean. Everything was working (fridge, stove, A/C, and WiFi) except for the microwave oven. The temperature was perfect.
What can be improved: We had to pay 600/day for the basement parking slot (total of 1,200 for our stay). Other reviews also mention parking being so costly in the area. A major issue which I reported to Agoda was the inaccuracy of the listing. Upon booking, the title indicated free pool access for 4. But when the host sent a confirmation email, it just indicated free pool access for 2. Submitting the original booking confirmation I received, Agoda just compensated me with AgodaCash which I can use for my future booking. This was after a long exchange with their representatives. Transparency needs to be improved by indicating that free pool access is a 1-day pass only and that guests need to pay 150/head on regular days and 300/head on holidays. Furthermore, there is a 3000-peso incidental deposit to be collected upon check-in and would be given back upon check-out and room inspection.
For those planning to book with Shore Residences, the quality of your stay would also depend on the assistance which your property owner/their coordinators would extend. Overall, ours was just okay despite a delay when we needed assistance with pool access (we had to wait for about an hour as our coordinator was in another building, and just went back in the...

We booked this property July 24, 2025 and was confirmed and payed on the same day. Due to inclement weather, we reached out around 830 AM about our expected arrival and we made sure to arrive early (1pm PST).
I started texting or calling the contact person named “Cassie” to inform that person that we have arrived. No answers to our phone calls or texts but we remained very patient since our expected check in time was 2pm.
However, around 4pm, still no response from the property owner or this “Cassie” person. We then decided to cancel the booking and demanded a full refund via Agoda. Guess what? After Agoda called them out, the property owner became active and asking us not to cancel and said that “Cassie” tried to message us but was not “sent” due to poor signal. HELLO! We are calling you for 72 times and your phone was ringing. Malabong walang signal. We are not born yesterday. Also, you have a booking scheduled on that day. Dapat nandun kayo sa building even before we arrived.
It’s a good thing Agoda refunded the payment.
