I was really excited to try their unlimited samgyup, that's why even though it's not inside the mall (Mall of Asia), which is really a hassle for us since we have to walk from the parking lot ( we have a vehicle) we endure it just to try their food since we are really curious and at the same time excited about it.
But I was just kinda disappointed on how slow their service are, you have to wait for almost 20mins before getting your meat, the time is running for your customer's hopefully you can improve this. we dined at around 5pm and we got serve at around 5:18. And I had to constantly ask for an update about my orders before it will be served, and when it arrived, my order was incomplete. (no tonkatsu and no crab sticks since we got the 699 set)
But I did gave them a chance, I said i'll just order it on the second time. After that I kept asking for rice from the server, since eating a lot of meat without rice is really not good. you really can't enjoy it because the meats flavor is overpowering which makes it too tiring to eat. but they mentioned there was a problem with the appliance or I think that was their steamer so we had to wait for 10mins before getting a rice. I agreed but an hour and 40 mins had passed and our time eating is almost done, and I received no rice at all.
I will just see the servers serving rice on those new customer who just got in but they never asked us if we still want a rice. And on my experience in the restaurant, I just got full drinking the nesteas since it was just around (self serve), and the other ready to eat food (Nuggets and chicken skin), and the tonkatsu I've ordered on the second order of mine was never served. I also ordered the sweet chili flavor of the korean chicken, but I was only served honey butter and they didn't mentioned what happened or what's the update on the sweet chili.
The experience is really not that bad i just hope that you improve the timeliness on serving customers, and to make sure they get what they paid for. and also if possible If you promise to make a follow up on the orders of the customer, make sure to update them on the status, if we can still get it, or not, or if it is no longer available. Because we will understand, and there's no problem on that, It's just that on our stay we only spent time waiting on our meats to be serve, and we end up getting full drinking juices, and eating the side dishes, that is why we only end up ordering 2 times, that is why for me the money we paid was...

Might be your food is in danger zone as well or maybe you don’t follow SOP. I feel bad on this restaurant even the boss can not do anything. Read moreOverpriced. Unorganized process. Staff not giving full details to the guest/s before accommodating them inside. Birthday promo not explained well, so you'll be shocked once u received the bill (the 5 full paying guests must avail the 699(?) rate and not applicable to the 549, so beware).
Also, when we were trying to negotiate our concern with the manager as we were misinformed about the rate we availed, a girl staff with an attitude suddenly went to our table and said that she served foods that we never ordered 😤 This staff added fuel to the fire as she said it with conviction. However, I commend the girl manager as she maintained her composure and respectfully explaining things to us. Although, what we don't like is that she asked us about the staff who gave the wrong information and she'll punish the staff by deducting the cost to the staff's salary. It's NOT good to say these things infront of your customer. You're making them look bad just to "unintentionally force" them to agree to your terms and not negotiate further esp. if they're kind-hearted ppl. Furthermore, what added to our disappointment is that to appease us, you'll just give us a 200 discount voucher. This will not satisfy your customers' concern, you need to meet halfway 💔
Overall...we'll not go here again and will not recommend this place. I hope you fix this process of yours as this is not good for...
