J.CO Donuts SM Mall of Asia — Restaurant in Pasay

I like JCo doughnuts but I specifically don’t recommend this branch. First off, the waiting time here is too long. We dropped by today during our lunch time around 11am to buy some doughnuts and coffee. After we chose our doughnuts, we need to wait to be called even if we already mentioned that we are also buying coffee. The wait time between being called to pay should have been utilized to make our coffee. We were called to the counter, we paid and mentioned our coffee order. The cashier is not friendly at all, I remember here name from the receipt was Ralph. I’m not sure if that is really her name, I just saw it from my receipt. Anyway, she sounded very condescending regarding my query plus she shouted after I forgot to get my receipt from the counter, I felt so embarrassed because of that. They just opened during that time, she should be more enthusiastic. Anyway, after giving our order, we need to wait for a few more minutes until our coffee is made. Queu is always long and for good reason - J.Co Donuts always have exciting new flavors for everyone. Favorites of mine are the Why Nut, Alcapone and the Red Velvet -- these donuts are just bursting with creamy flavors coupled with the doughy soft texture you would expect of a J.Co Donut.

Their line of frappucinos, affogatos and iced coffee drinks are pretty too plus you receive a complimentary glazed donut for every coffee drink you order.

Aside from donuts they also have an array of sandwhiches to try if your not really a donut person oh and don't forget to check out their J.Co merchandise such as tumblers and coffee mugs.

Just a headsup to the management to improve on the upkeep of your SM MOA Branch as the ventilation and cleanliness need to be addressed. It is actually cooler to sit in their al fresco area instead of the inside as you tend to perspire from poor...

Hi! I just want to share my experience in this store last night 01/22/24, around 7 PM. I rated this store a 1 star!! Why!? I bought 24pcs of your donut's as a gift to my brother and to his wife coz they really love your donuts (actually we love love your donuts!) and the fact that they just arrived here in manila to visit us, and there's no Jco in our province so I surprise them.

Here's the scenario. I asked the lovely girl (she was nice) that I wanted to order 24pcs of your donuts. So, she offered me if I want to make it a box of 6 or in a box of 12, and I said a box of 12, then thank you. After that, she gave me a number. When I was at the counter, this rude cashier guy, I asked him if you accept card or thru GCash? He said yes, I gave him my card, he insert it to their card machine, then I input my pin, so like a minute after it was declined. I dont know why but, I said ok. Then I said, can you wait for moment? I will just transfer my funds through my GCash number. But I was so pissed at your "Cashier guy" kc I felt super embarrassed! (Sobrang hiyang hiya ako nun!!) Like he was literally saying over and over na "TSK!" "TSK!" Haays!!!! Is that how you trained your employee's!? Common! lahat tayo napapagod when we are working. But please please!! wag mo ipapakita o ipaparamdam sa customer yun, coz I'ved tried to open my BPI app that time, so damn many times! Taz maintenance pla bgla! Kaya pla ayaw ma-read ng card terminal nyo at that time! Tinanung kpa nga ng kawork mo anu nangyari, taz sabi nung cashier guy "eh kc walang laman card nya!" What the F!! Kaya sinagot ko cya na sabi ko "my laman card ko!" Ayaw lng maopen dahil maintenance bigla! To be clear, galit mo pang sinabi yan sa kawork mo and for sure nagulat ka nung sumagot ako sayo kaya sabi mo "ah hindi sir mali lng cguro "blah! Blah blah!" sabi mo! Ang bastos lng!
