Updated review:
I've been here too many times now.in.the past.couple of months to update my reviews now that I've been to every nook and cranny of this mall.
Food: There's a plethora of places to eat, but mostly catering to the mid-higher end of your wallet. The only fast food here is Jollibee.and Burger King. Though there are kiosk stands of Siomai House, Belgian Waffles and Potato Corner to name a few. There's also a mini food court just beside Unimart having Buko Juan, Paotsin,.Mythic, etc. And the newly opened TAPAddiction at the end of the hall.
As for the higher-end food places there are many to choose from and some of them you will not find at SM or other malls. One of them is Yedang - the best Korean restaurant for value. They won't put a hole in your pocket just to have a better Korean meal than most places. Not eat-all-you-can place, but quality than quantity is what I could say. Another is Hai Chix and Steaks.
There is Unimart as mentioned before - a supermarket better than SM in almost every way. You would also find things here you wouldn't be able to find in any other supermarket.
The restrooms are clean, the mall is generally clean. Outside a stone's throw away is Capital Commons park if you want to escape the comfiness of aircon places and get some natural breeze.
Also to note this is a pet-friendly mall together with the park.
I came to love this mall more than any other malls I've been to - yes even moreso than...

I parked in a car here before and we got lost for 30 minutes just looking for our car. It also applies to motorcycles, they made it extremely inconvenient as the parking is all the way to their Basement 3. Then once you are successfully parked and going back to exit the motorcycle parking there is only one accessible wing to the motorcycle parking. I went to 3 different exit points just to be able to go back to my motorcycle. Went down and up 3x from Basement 1 to Basement 3 just looking for it. Walked from their West to East to "Main" or North wing escalators. Motorcycle Parking wing escalators didn't even work but the others were working!
I spent 23 minutes looking for the path going back to my motorcycle just 7 minutes away from forfeiting the parking fee I just paid. I was only in the mall for 16 minutes and wasted more time just getting out of...

Estancia Mall offers a delightful outdoor dining experience with its numerous alfresco restaurants. The open-air setting provides a refreshing ambience, perfect for enjoying good food and great company.
However, a minor inconvenience lies in the restrooms, which unfortunately lack bidets. This oversight can be a bit uncomfortable for some visitors, especially those accustomed to this hygienic practice.
Pros:
-Expansive Alfresco Dining: A variety of outdoor dining options -Diverse Shopping Options: A wide range of stores and restaurants -Convenient Location: Easy access and ample parking Plenty of space to walk and explore in the area. Modern Cinemas.
Cons: -Lack of Bidets in Restrooms: A minor hygienic concern.
Overall, Estancia is a great place to spend a day out, especially for food lovers. The alfresco dining options are a major draw. While the absence of bidets is a small drawback, it doesn't significantly detract from the overall appeal...
