Ace Hotel & Suites — Hotel in Pasig

Good place to relax and have fun usig their different pools and water devices. Really relaxing place but expect a large amount of crowd during weekends or holidays. They are very strict on the spa dresscode so you should bring your spandex trunks or bathing suit to enter (if you dont have one you can rent or buy at the spa lobby). Also dont forget to bring your dry clothes because they wont let you enter the hotel area if youre not completely dry (or atleast not dripping wet). There are also some cases when the locker they gave you can be opened by someone else so better not store very valuable items and gadget there..

Rooms are maintained but there are instances that toilet water pressure and supplies are rather low (the fact that this is a water spa). Some fixtures and furnitures are also damaged like bedroom door locks (not the doors that can be unlocked by the keycards) can be easily unlocked (without using keys!). Food is good but the grilling station is only available during lunch and dinner time (no free grilled stuff on accomodations).

The view on the 21st floor (i think it was called a sky bar) is truly spectacular! A must place to go if you drop by in this area.

This is really a fun family place and i really recommend to visit this hotel but don't expect much on the amenities. Just enjoy the pool, the food and the view!

If you check in to the hotel, best time to visit the spa is in the morning ^_^, early morning!

This was my first time to visit this place (thru Agoda) and here are my thoughts:

Rooms: I got two rooms. My room is good. I just couldn't figure out the shower but it worked fine later on. aircon was working well. Toiletries and towels were provided.

I wish they would get better pillows. sobrang lambot na halos walang cushion.

My sister's room had a cockroach. Their hotel had high occupancy so andaming tao. I just didn't like na malapit sa entrance ng 8th flr un room namin so naririnig ko un mga tao na dumadaan.

Food: I'm okay with the food. They served pasta, pizza, breakfast foods... no complain. I even enjoyed the sky bar.

The water spa: This is the reason why I brought my fam here. We loved the different tubs and water pressure for the massage. I am glad to hear from my fam that they loved the experience. I enjoyed that thing un sumasakay ka sa floating something and inaanod ka lang ng tubig around the spa. The heated pool made us enjoy more. It was fun and relaxing at the same time. Marami lang ek ek pero first time lang kasi namin. But I was happy with this water spa.

I appreciate na bawal un camera sa mismong water spa so I am free to enjoy every part of the place. im glad walang mga feeling vloggers. Di ako gaanong naco-conscious sa sarili ko na baka makuhanan ako ng picture while taking my time to submerge myself in the water.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! You can't really go wrong with this hotel. It's worth the money, as our stay included tickets for the Ace Water Spa and breakfast. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and it was beautiful, very spacious, and the smart TV made it perfect! Very unusual for any hotel! Aside from the room, the elevator is pretty fast, the hallways are quiet, and people are kind everywhere. Ace Water Spa is one of the best, and it includes free use of saunas. Kudos to the front office staff. I think his name is Sec; he was very polite, welcoming, and explained all the information we needed.

The breakfast here is also one of the best! There are a lot of options to choose from. The only thing this hotel can improve is the check-out procedure. I wasn't able to recognize the name of the front office staff, but he is a tall, professional-looking man. It was odd that he "followed up" with my partner's ID, as this should be done during check-in. It was a bit of a hassle because he asked if I had received my booking confirmation. I said yes and that I booked through Agoda. He didn't just tell me straight away to send the booking confirmation directly to their email address. It wasn't annoying, but it was a bit of a hassle for me. This is the first time I've experienced needing to send my booking confirmation to the hotel's email address, especially since I had already presented it on my phone...
