T'place 'as got this retro industrial vibe goin' on, wi' hangin' lights an' an open bar that's dead invitin' – feels proper lively, especially wi' live music in t'evenin' an' musicians beltin' out tunes. Beers are spot on, good selection an' all, an' it's pet-friendly if yer bringin' yer dog along for outside tables. But staff can be a bit unfriendly, like they ain't botherin' much, an' prices are low which is grand for value but matches t'small portions. After one hour I called the restaurant to check if it is going to take longer, and they said “you should have come earlier, it’s been ready for a while”. How could I have come earlier if I didn’t know it was ready? On tazz the order was still in progress. So I went there and the waitress didn’t know which order was mine even though I showed her the order details on my phone. After 5 min or so she realised it was on the counter...🤦🏼♀️ I left, checked on my food, of course, it was cold. So I went back and told them that I waited for over an hour and the food is cold.She tried to get in an argument, but I said I know it’s not her fault I just want to solve the problem. Read moreServing was unbelievably fast, but soon enough I found out why - it seems that most food (if not, all of it) seems to be pre-cooked. That is not the biggest problem, but the food was mostly uncooked. We had chicken quesadilla (which had mostly undercooked ingredients) and chicken schnitzel which had uncooked chicken, it was not safe for eating.
After we finished eating what we could from the order (mostly, the side dishes), we kept waiting for the waitress to come and they were nowhere to be seen. After going to the bar to pay, surprisingly enough, the waitress asked for tip.
The bathroom is smelly and urgently needs a complete overhaul. Not sure how this place can still be in business doing...
