UPDATED REVIEW... Well i hoped to be updating a review to 5 stars but sadly it stays at 1 as i will no longer be booking with this company. After leaving a review i was bombarded with abusive emails saying how disappointed they were, how I lied in my review, insinuating i was stupid as i contacted the wrong company and they replied straight away so I have attached screen shots to show that is not the case and I did chase! I have now had to block the email address!!! So that's a warning to anyone that if you do have a problem watch out! Had they simply replied saying sorry for the delay I would have booked and updated the review but instead they lose 4 paying customers. Just to add, what I did gain when they finally replied was an answer that yes it would be dark on a weeknight when they went which isn't very safe if anyone knows what driving in Bucharest is like and also that if only 1 person booked the tou they would cancel it so if you are booking as a gift for someone be aware if noone else booked they may cancel last minute.
Communication is very poor. I emailed through Facebook and Instagram without a reply, went on their website and still couldn't find a contact button. I eventually found an email address and did get a reply but had follow up questions and they didn't reply to that. If I finally ever get to book and experience this I will update my review but first impressions with communication and customer service...

While I still recommend the tour because it was a fun experience, I think the tour could improve if you either look at a map of Bucharest beforehand to see what you’ll be passing, or if the sights are discussed in realtime via the headset.
Either way, this is a great way to...
Read moreThe most fun you can have sitting down. If you’re in Bucharest and looking for a way to see the city that’s equal parts adrenaline and absurdity, the hot rod cart tour is an absolute must. Imagine zipping past centuries of history in a street-legal go-kart that turns heads, and makes you feel like a caffeinated superhero.
The ride itself is a blast—cobblestones, Revolution Square, Victory Avenue, and some parts where we had no clue where we were. But what truly made the tour unforgettable was our guide, George. He held up traffic like a mob boss and made the chaotic Bucharest traffic dance to our tune....
