First good parts and then bad part. Kebabs and meat cuts are great (grill area). The staff who work on the charcoal barbecue are doing great job. Atmosphere is also nice, comfortable and clean seating area. Portion size can be discussed separately since for example Adana kebab meat portion is really small. But overall, meat quality, charcoal grill taste, serving with salad and garnish are strong points. Doner section with its own separate staff is where we had bad experience. We found several stretch film parts in the doner wrap. I attached photo. I dont know how exactly this plastic stretch foil got into doner but it is sign that the doner section needs more attention. Second bad experience here goes as follows. We asked for wrap only with meat and potatoes and a little bit of ketchup. When we saw that ketchup was too little we asked them to give us a bit more ketchup maybe in one of small containers because wrap was already done and there was no way to put ketchup inside it. One of the guys said extra sauce needs to be paid separately without knowing that we asked for just a little ketchup, we did not even get any salad and all we wanted was just a bit more sauce. The guy who knew it didn't intervene so I had to insist on it. It is ridiculous to ask client pay for the sauce that you didn't put... Bottomline is that I recommend owner to assign an experienced doner master to manage this section as they did with...
Read moreDöner: 3.5/5, Pide: 4/5, Lahmacun: 3.5/5. Overall, the food is quite good, offering a decent balance of flavor and affordability. The taste is satisfying, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. The only downside is that the restaurant operates on a self-service basis, which might not be ideal for everyone. However, if that’s not a deal-breaker for you, it’s definitely worth a visit to experience the flavors yourself.
Answer to Place owner: My advice to you is to learn how Google Maps reviews work, Google can see if someone was really at your place or not. So please don’t talk about things you don’t know and not use 10 years old ironies in your reply as you are running a business not playing with your friends in the yard. First you should understand that I don’t have to write a review right after leaving the place, I am writing my reviews when I have time. So My advice to you; instead of wasting time writing silly replies, maybe try fixing the problems in your place. After this review, once I ordered via Glovo and you sent me raw döner the other day. Your place is not even “quite good” anymore. Maybe your quality dropped because you waste more time replying to reviews than doing...
Read moreMy entire review is edited, the original said i especially liked the fresh fries and how everything including the meat is very full of flavor.
But after 2 weeks of eating daily i dislike they don't have fresh fries most of the time, i asked for an entire week, to know if i can order, and it seems they are gone, no more fresh fries, when they make everything fresh is top, when not, you would like them only if you like average same flavor as everywhere else like any old lazy fast food shop.
Plus disliked that staff can oversell, and if you buy last desert and then don't immediately pick up the desert, you will lose it. Overall they are nice, and everything seems clean and fresh, but very average if you are not lucky to have fresh fries.
Quality level shouldn't be a surprise, plus at home i can make frozen fries in 5 minutes in an air fryer, shorter time than putting clothes on to go down to the restaurant and i have quality frozen fries that are tasty, why would i buy from you if you are too lazy to make fresh fries too?
But in short, if fries are fresh everything is top,...
