The place itself feels nice and the view is truly amazing. It doesn't look very luxurious on the inside, taking more of a classical approach. The food was good but it didn't write impressive on it. To be honest I expected a bit more for such a pricey restaurant. We got the "Holiday mussels" and "The wonderful crispy salmon". The drink I chose was something I never had before "Nor 36", felt like a cheesecake in a glass. It was good. As with the dessert we chose the "Papanashi" that looked truly amazing, but they could have had a bit more sauce. If you're a fan of cotton candy you should definitely try the "One cloud above the chocolate nest" - it lasts an impression. What I didn't like was that the service was very late and we had to ask several times for the menu or the check from different waiters even if the place was pretty empty in that day. Also, the table we were seated at felt pretty uncomfortable. The table was quite low and the chairs felt a bit higher for them so we ended up with a very uncomfortable position for our backs. The prices can be considered pretty spicey, definitely above average. In my case is not the type of place I'd visit again very soon, but it's worth to visit it at least once, especially for the experience of watching how everything looks like from floor 36.

I chose this place for its stunning view, being the tallest building in Bucharest, and for its appealing menu to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which I mentioned when booking the table over the phone earlier that day. Despite my request for a table with a nice view, I was told all front-line tables were booked and, when asking about arranging some candles or possibly a cake, I received the curt reply, “We don’t have cakes.” However, upon our arrival, we found the restaurant to be empty. Our friendly waiter, upon our inquiry about the seemingly available tables with a view, took a moment to check and then informed us that a reservation had been canceled, allowing us to move to a better table. During our entire dinner, the tables with a view around us were empty. The food was exceptional, the service was good (though they did directly ask for tips), and the atmosphere was outstanding—boasting a breathtaking view, stylish interior, and a musician who skillfully played both violin and piano. It was a truly delightful experience, marred only by the initial confusion over the table reservation.

A nice place that they managed to spoil unfortunately. Is packed with tables, not enough space in between, would tend to say 20-25% more spots than what should be there. This makes it very noisy and look like a cantine. Literally sitting back to back with our next table neighbours - just a sofa back between the people...But profit is profit so hey, who likes an overpriced cantine can stop by at any time. In that loud buzz there was also a violonist who made it worse - now we couldn't hear each other at all.... Service is not there....2 stars overall. We were a group of 8 and had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for our table to be vacated, although we had a confirmed reservation. They tried to make up for it with a glass of prosecco, which was a nice touch, but considering that the place was full, did not have where to savor it. There are many foreigners in the place, mostly coming from the Sky Tower and enarby companies. But the place is just a shell of what it used to be - come once but not again... As per the food, not all brought at the same time. Couple people out of 8 got their food 20 to 30 minutes later. Food quality is lower than we were used to. The taste is not there compared to the price. Presentation is good though. The "Papanași that made us famous" are now just some donuts out of the freezer. Nothing special, below average. Wine is decent as offering. Maybe one minus is the fact that everything is on a different menu and you get only 3 out of 4 menus from the start. Wine and desert are 2 separate menus. Kind of overkill to look at 4 menus at a time, especially if you are out for a date. All in all, average or below average experience. Is worth only if you get a table by the window, otherwise quality for price is just not there. Place to come by again? Probably not very soon....

I’m disappointed ☹️ really 😒 1. We come to u today. The girl on reception was lovely but said that she didn’t have a table near be the window. But 4us that doesn’t matter. For us was important the food so we take a table without view. 2) when we are on the 36 floor they find a table near by the windows. Ok. For us really that doesn’t matter 3) the waiters are normal. We order 2 cocteils, starter Italiano and 2 mean courses- chicken breast and Uruguayan beef MEDIUM REAR sorry and mashed potatoes with truffles !!!!! 4) they give starter first- good but really for that plate u want more than 10€. Nothing interesting sorry but I can do that better at home and interesting and delicious. But ur plate is not good 5 chicken breast- not juices and really the taste is like not freshly I mean in the morning I do this chicken not when I order it. I can make a difference between the fresh grilled meat and meat witch make at the morning. Not interesting marinade, nor interesting souse nothing interesting. Without soul. 6) beef was not medium rare It was between medium and week done. Really and u want to say that u re casual restaurant???? Not u re not ! The serving was beautiful and interesting and that’s all ! 7) smashed potatoes with truffles are not freshly too. Maybe they were freshly in the morning but not in 6pm!!! 8) I put my fork and knife in the plate with sign “ I don’t like it” but the waiter don’t ask me nothing . Maybe he doubts know what this is meaning. 9) I take spring mango cocktail it’s delicious but to much red paper and the most cheaper tube. So we paid around 100$ and I want to say if u want delicious food u need to go in other restaurant maybe in ARTIST. If u want Instagram photos u can go here take cocktail and make a beautiful photos. This is my first and second time here

Very dissapointed, terrible service, food was tasteless and expensive, we ordered appetizers and we got it at the same time as the main course, and when we asked what happened our waiter told us “That’s how the kitchen got it out”. We didn’t complain because to be honest, the guy looked like he truly hated his job. As appetizers we got the bruschetta, which was overflowed with garlic and not as advertised(with caramelized mushrooms) lol, what a joke, it was a poorly done mushroom pate, and also soft, not crunchy as a bruschetta should be. As a main course I had the chicken with a side of asparagus, the chicken was good quality as in the meat itself but it was cooked poorly(not to mention that it was almost cold), the asparagus was completely tasteless. As a side we also had the Halloumi salad, again, done poorly, and to top it off my partner got the Wagyu burger, again, not done correctly, it’s sad to waste such good meat, and we are 100% sure that the fries were old and just reheated. The dessert was a joke. Coming back to the service part, I would’ve preferred to serve myself, no one asked us if the food was alright or not, unfriendly and just wasn’t present. I can understand that it can get busy for the employees as I myself work in the industry for a few years already, but the services provided were unnacceptable. If you do not like your job just search for something else, because our night got ruined, usually a good waiter could’ve made our experience overall better even if the food wasn’t meeting our expectations but that wasn’t the case. Good view tho, but will not be returning. Pathetic.

My boyfriend booked a table near window for valentine's day and they requested 500 RON to have it booked. They didn't mention no money will be charged back if we will not exhauste the budget with our order. We found out this only when we asked for the check when our time booked (only 2 hours) was almost completed and the waiter said they will anyway not return any money back. Regarding the food, the burger was tasting great, however my boyfriend had a stomach ache all the night after eating it... So something was wrong there. The pasta with shrimps only had 3 shrimps you can see in the image... I know it's a fancy restaurant, but really? Only those shrimps? The taste was pretty average, nothing to do with the Italian pasta as they label it. The waiter seemed to be kind of polite, but it was visible he didn't want to be there. We asked several times for the dessert menu and also for the sparkling water we ordered. This is not acceptable at a fancy restaurant... Overall lesson learned to ask more info about the money they request for a booking and never order pasta from a non Italian restaurant. The view is great and worthy, but is the only reason to come back if that would ever happen again.
