Definitely the original land of the free. San Marino does not dissapointed, and the cable car up gives you an amazing view of this land. We went just a couple hours prior to sunset and found it nearly empty which was a most welcome relief from the tourist-filled rest of Italy. Unico accesso alla rocca di San Marino, così ci ha detto un signore residente incontrato nel parcheggio. Ci è stato detto anche esserci un sentiero percorribile a piedi ma che in un punto è molto pericoloso. Quindi abbiamo optato per la funivia nonostante io soffra di vertigini. Andata e ritorno costano 5 € ed il viaggio dura pochissimi minuti. Partenze ogni 15 minuti. Avevo bisogno di informazioni ma il personale all'interno della biglietteria (3 persone) non avevamo molta voglia di aiutarmi. Nonostante io fossi lì in piedi davanti a loro, continuavano a parlare dei fatti loro sebbene avessero visto che stavo aspettando. Ho aspettato un po' poi mi sono stufata e li ho interrotti. Al che, il signore ai biglietti, abbastanza scocciato mi ha risposto ma senza sprecarsi più di tanto difatti siamo saliti alla cieca senza sapere cosa c'era su. Su è molto bello, c'è il borgo con la torre e le vie con i negozietti e ristorantini. Trovo però che x essere l'unica via di accesso 5€ a testa siano forse un po' troppe.
