I visited on a Friday lunchtime—prime shopping hours—only to find the staff completely absorbed in unpacking stock, utterly indifferent to customers. Not once was I greeted, acknowledged, or offered assistance. I wandered the store unnoticed, as if my presence was an inconvenience. The shelves were embarrassingly bare, with limited merchandise and no sense of curation or care. For a brand that represents national pride and world-class rugby, this store was a letdown of epic proportions. It felt amateurish, disorganized, and frankly, beneath the standard expected of a premium retail experience.
