Crna Ovca — Attraction in City of Belgrade

I am almost never giving one star. But this time there is no way around. I have been 4 times and I just can't stand it. This space is a super hit everyone loves it. And for me it is total failure. Ok good things first, the interior is nice the ice-cream ok ( not as good as people say but ok) a bit pricey but it is popular so what can you say. The real proplem is the service experience. .. everyone is standing araund - no system at all. if you don't care you may order if you are polite you are still standing 2 days later. You can't see the ice-cream and from the crowd you can't read the display! if you actually gett service you have to guess your order. Than you have to go to the 2 line to pay (if you can work out where the line is). if you speak English better hope for some luck. .. basically it is a very stressful (pushed around ) and...

Beautiful shop, clean, wonderful helpful staff, all ice cream is covered until dispensed. They'll help you with dietary restrictions. If you are dairy free they have a number of delicious fruit sorbets. If you are gluten-free, they have a separate canister of the same flavor under the one they put in waffle cones and use a separate spoon to prevent contamination. Everything is very professionally done and super delicious. If you want a glass of water, you can have it free of charge. Absolute 5 stars from the branding, to the facility, the flavors, to the service. They even have a guest book for kids to draw in and...

Walnut taste was the flagship of Crna Ovca, and that’s why I was primarily impressed by the place.

Unfortunately, I noticed from 2024 that the taste is not the same. Why change the winning combination?

I hope management reconsiders, as they previously had something unbeatable. I understand that they can cut on ingredients (increase milk content) to increase margins, but with that logic this place will start going downhill.

Not trying to talk down, but hoping management hears...
