The Saint Laurence Gate is a barbican which was built in the 13th century as part of the walled fortifications of the medieval town of Drogheda in Ireland. It is a barbican or defended fore-work which stood directly outside the original gate of which no surface trace survives.

A fallal körülvett középkori Pozsonyba négy kapun át lehetett bejutni. A keleti kapu a közeli Szent Lőrinc-templomról a Lőrinc-kapu nevet kapta. Az eredeti kaputorony a XIII. században épült, később előkapu bástyával is kiegészítették. Egykori helye ma egy sodronyokkal felfüggesztett kapuráccsal - közepén Pozsony címerével - van jelölve a Lőrinckapu utca (Laurinská) keleti végénél, a Pavol Országh Hviezdoslav Színház főbejárata és a Central passzázs között. A kapu 1778-ban került elbontásra, utolsó felszíni maradványait a második világháború idején...
