This diplomatic shop is more like a diplomatic flop. It claims to be an exclusive insider tax free haven for diplomats, but it's more of a joke. There are thousands of "sale" signs, but nearly everything is cheaper at Takealot and the like. A bad joke with absurd prices. Hard liquor is only available with embassy permission - thanks, corruption. And the selection? Mediocre. One employee in the shop has never heard of Galliano or Licor 43. Returning bad or wrong purchases is also difficult. You only get credit to buy something else. No money back. Bad joke... They are very flexible and if you want something they do not have in their stock, most of the time they will order for you (especially electronics). However, I have to give them 4* because of their new staff they hired. There are some new employees (at the entrance and in the first floor with suitcases and dresses) who do not respect their clients and you feel very uncomfortable to even enter the place or floor.
