Very disappointed in Momo's approach to online orders.
I attempted to order (via the website) more than an R100’s bubble tea for delivery to Malanshof, Randburg and was informed that I am outside their delivery range. This is where I thought the online ordering process would end considering that I was out of their delivery range.
The process did not stop here, it allowed me to continue the ordering process by adding an additional delivery fee (as I was out of range), which was fine with me. I completed the process, only to be informed (coldly) that my delivery won't be taking place because I am out of the delivery range.
Don’t give potential customers false hope of delivery if they opt in to pay an additional delivery charge. You are wasting people’s time. Either you can deliver or you cannot. Don’t ask me to pay an additional amount for out of range delivery if you know you won’t be able to deliver it to the address. Get your...
