Susu Bubble Tea Sea Point — Attraction in Sea Point

I tried claiming Susu vouchers I win n a radio station, however they people at SUSU did not want to help me as they wanted the physical voucher with their signatures on.

They spoke to the managers and this was the outcome. I am just frustrated because I drove all the way from my home with my wife and relatives to claim the vouchers as we wanted to take a drive today to Sea point.

I asked SUSU to send me a formal email to confirm this however they refused to do so. I have attached the vouchers...

Tried Susu Bubble Tea in Sea Point and was a bit disappointed. There was only one staff member at the counter, and service was really slow—we waited quite a while just to place our order, and even longer to receive it.
