Para estos dias de invierno estaba buscando un buen cocido gallego, Agarimo, tenia muy buenas reseñas, cuando llamé a verificar que tuviesen el plato, me contestó alguien con acento oriental, por lo que decidí indagar mas, y efectivamente encontré que el restaurante había sido vendido, sin embargo, fui hasta el lugar y me llevé la grata sorpresa de saber que todo el grupo de colaboradores continua siendo Gallego, lo que permite conservar la esencia y la tradición de la cocina de Galicia El local muy acogedor, todo el mundo sonriente, amable, la comida que pedí para llevar estaba deliciosa!

Para estos dias de invierno estaba buscando un buen cocido gallego, Agarimo, tenia muy buenas reseñas, cuando llamé a verificar que tuviesen el plato, me contestó alguien con acento oriental, por lo que decidí indagar mas, y efectivamente encontré que el restaurante había sido vendido, sin embargo, fui hasta el lugar y me llevé la grata sorpresa de saber que todo el grupo de colaboradores continua siendo Gallego, lo que permite conservar la esencia y la tradición de la cocina de Galicia El local muy acogedor, todo el mundo sonriente, amable, la comida que pedí para llevar estaba deliciosa!

Galician restaurant taken over by Chinese immigrants, like the rest of the neighborhood. The only Spaniard was the tout outside luring unsuspecting customers inside.

The overpriced Galician-style octopus was seasoned with an oddly spicy paprika instead of pimentón de la vera, and lacked kosher salt.

The cod was much better, much to the satisfaction of the Chinese cook that came...
