Some of the girls working there should get of their cloud. They act as they are princesses, and don't care about the customer, even behave like looking down on the female customers, they are arrogant and indifferent. How do I know this? Just by simple observation, while waiting for my wife to search for some things. Eventually they will figure out later in life that this behavior is not the best ... And girls: if you must call another collegue to handle a product return from a customer (because you don't have the rights to do that), it means you did not make it very high yet on the ladder. I should also mention honnestly that the girl, that could handle the product return was super friendly, helpfull and polite. So that almost proves my point,... Be a bit more friendly, caring and humble and you might get somewhere in life. Another thing to mention is that at least 40% of the products there have no price, or a wrong ticket from a previous pruduct is hanging. If you ask a girl for the price, you get a sigh and a reply that her collegue has the smarphone that can scan prices. After that nothing happens, just like in a computer game where the persons in the game only have 3 lines that they can repeat when you aproach them (yes i can be rude too, but it sums up the reality) so the girl made no attempts to help to find the price, or to see where the price tag was missing, ... Upon entering, I wasn't greeted and when I asked where a product was I was aggressively told "other side!" As if I was inconveniencing the employee at the door. After searching a bit around the store I finally found what I was looking for and as I was reviewing products another associate literally stood over my shoulder. She didn't say hello or ask me if I needed any assistance, so I waited....and she stood there for about 3 minutes intensely watching me, but said nothing. So I asked her if she was going to help me or if something was wrong and she quickly turned on her heels and walked away. I won't be shopping here again and I'd suggest that others take their business elsewhere. Read moreThe staff should invest more time on helping costumers with the products rather than creeping around. I went to check some sunscreens and on my way out, the girl with the glasses forced me into showing her my bag claiming that it was a law. I was a little confused but I did as asked and, as expected, nothing was found. I’ve never been asked to do this and it would make sense if I grabbed a product or something but I literally just took pictures of them! Also, it wasn’t security who did this it was a saleswoman! Furthermore, I had a bag from a nearby store in which I just purchased a t-shirt, she took it, waved it in front of the anti-theft sensor and asked me if I bought it in front of everyone. I literally had the receipt inside the bag!
Awful store tbh, literally just go to any other druni instead....
