Quaint and Charming-
We live in Barcelona and we frequent Jazz si for some amazing live music and great vibes. Fridays and Saturdays are local flamenco night. For €10 you have about a 2 hour flamenco show and a free drink! The musicians and dancers are all local amazing artists getting together to perform in this charming venue. This is not your “typical” tourist trap overpriced flamenco show. It’s a truly authentic local experience!

Read moreI sit from the balcony trying to plan my escape. Was thinking this was a dance/music thing when actually it's a fanc guitar player and another guy trying to replicate sounds of a cat being stepped on. Apparently my understanding of Flamenco as a dance was well off.
I am sure there are those that appreciate this, but as I look around and see more than a few people nodding off in this overstuffed hot humid mess, with no way of escaping, I tend to think there are others who may not be that far removed from myself.

Read moreRude hosts. They behave like a beast to tourists. The story is that: They force you to buy some drink before you get in. They have coffee machine and teas in the bar. Since I dont drink alcohol due to health issues, I wanted coffee or tea. The barman didn't know english, and the rude owner came to translate and became angry on me when I asked if there is coffee, he shouted on me and I leaved after a minute.
