Usmania Spicy Restaurant Cheema Brothers — Restaurant in Barcelona

Went here for the first time and it was okay and nothing special.

Took unreasonably long time for the food to come and were told that they make everything fresh. Even if everything is made on order it should not have taken that long.

Asked for the tap water and the owner (a very young big guy) refused and told us that nothing is free and to buy bottle water. You are telling me that you are charging decent amount from the food and you can't fill the glass from the tap...really?

Here is another shocker for me. At the end, I was asked to pay in cash and that they don't take credit cards! Here is the funny part. Upon exiting at the door glass I saw they had a sticker with all the logos of the major credit cards! Why in the world they have not posted cash only outside if that is what they want to do to not embarrassed and avoid any unhappy situation for the diners is beyond my understanding. Why even posted credit card logos sticker if not taking credit cards? Used bathroom and it was dirty and smell bad.

I ordered food via one of the applications. In normal conditions I don’t leave references on google in that case but here I feel obliged to do so as they cheat people. I have ordered palak paneer. I worked in India for some time and ate in multiple Indian restaurants so I’m very well aware of what paneer is - a white cheese with consistency similar to Greek feta. The thing that I got in my food was the cheapest melting cheese - the one that is sold in triangles and given to kids during school trip. The difference of price but above all of taste is incomparable. I don’t even want to talk about quality of spinach… just look at the picture. I will never eat there again and do not recommend it as it is one of those foreigners places where they try to cheat you selling cheap ingredients claiming them being...
