I was served by a guy who was Argentinian. Super friendly.

Unfortunately, I had to meet his manager. The receipt says Maria, but I don’t think this is the right person. The manager who served me after is a man (assuming) with side burns and glasses. Rudest person I have ever met. You would think considering his lifestyle he would have more empathy, but no. If you don’t speak Spanish, just don’t bother unless you have thick skin otherwise you’ll leave crying. They asked for my NIE, which I provided, and then the other person serving said I used my passport number.

Well, this person picked up their hand and gestured at me like I was being problematic. The only thing I could do was smile while clenching my teeth.I think this person needs to change jobs, or go through some customer service training to remind them how they get paid a salary. Sant Antoni @ CeX Barcelona Sant Antoni. Near the beginning of my recent trip to France and Spain, I lost my cell phone. I wanted to be able to take pictures so when I arrived in Barcelona, I searched for an inexpensive disposable digital camera. They don't exist. I then tried MediaMarkt for an inexpensive cell phone with a camera. They didn't have any for less than €100. As we were walking down the street, we came across the CeX Barcelona Sant Antoni store and were immediately greeted with a sunny smile and offer of help by Antoni. ANTONI IS THE BEST! A helpful, friendly disposition coupled with great customer service and knowledge of the shop's inventory. He found an inexpensive used Samsung Galaxy and set it up for me. Yay! Came to sell my old potato laptop, the process was very efficient but I hope it could be faster since my sells was very inconvenient. The lady gave me an appointment and said I could come around 12pm, later than that also works, so I came at 12:30, since I don't live in Barcelona central it takes time to travel, and they said it was late and I have to come back later. I mean what the hell? It's not like the money from the safe will disappear if I don't come, and the lady gave another appointment very later on. 4 stars cuz the process was clear, good explanation and the blonde employee was nice but I'm not happy with...
