I am an old customer of yours. I dealt with you constantly through many of your stores. I bought many goods. You can check my purchases and my account with you. Unfortunately, I was subjected to bad treatment, racism, insults, and expulsion from your store at the address: av diagonal, 477 ,, The reason is that I went with my family. This is the worst store you have, to buy an iPhone 15. On 10/16 at 16 p.m., one of your employees, with a shaved head, medium height, and a round face, came and dealt with me in the worst way, because he found that I wanted to buy an iPhone 15. He mocked me and told me, “You are Moroccan.” ! Do you know what this device is? He's so precious! Risky to buy! Where do you live here in Barcelona? Don't understand what to buy? He tried to force me to buy insurance for the mobile phone, but because of my refusal, he shouted at me, insulted me, and said that I was causing a huge loss! He also wanted to force me to buy a charger and protection for the device, and also because of my unwillingness, he taught me that I am a stupid customer, and this is a very strange thing that does not happen, and you are the cause of the most significant loss! In the end, when I asked to be given a tax free invoice, he shouted at me and refused to give me the invoice, but because I insisted on getting the tax free invoice, he told me to shut up, and he fired me, and he told me to get out and go to another store. He said that he was an employee from Apple, and indeed The purchase has been cancelled.

I asked to file a complaint against him, and I asked for the store manager, a tall, thin, black-haired man. He conspired with the wrong employee. He told me to write a complaint and we will throw it away. It is useless. We will all testify against you, and we will help our friend. You are nothing. Just leave and go to another store. In fact, on the same day, I went to another store at Plaza Catalunya, with tears on my cheeks. I was treated with insults and racism, and I was expelled just because they thought I was Moroccan! If I were Spanish or European, would they treat me with such insult???? In the other store at Catalan Square, I found a very nice team, Rosa and Miria, they were very nice, I bought an iPhone. I would like to share my bad experience that I lived and went through in this bad store, which is staffed by a very bad, racist team that cooperates with each other against the customers like a gang. You will find how I bought the device at 16:30 and canceled the purchase and expelled me at 17:00, and I bought the device again from another store at 18:13. GO TO FNAC!!!! DON’T EVER THINK ABOUT GOING HERE. SEE THE COMMENTS AND ALL BAD EXPERIENCE THAT PEOPLE HAD AT THIS STORE BEFORE DECIDE. THEY WILL DISRESPECT YOU IF YOU DON’T SPEAK SPANISH, OR IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT. PROBABLY SOME OF PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE XENOPHOBIC.

I had never been treated so badly in my life as I was in this store. I bought a laptop from a nice guy (Jordi), but the second time I was using it, the computer screen started to malfunction and I couldn't use it. I went to the store to exchange it, and that's when an employee (bald, short and grumpy) was very arrogant and rude to me, saying that I had crashed the computer (even though there was absolutely NO scratches, bumps or anything like that) and that they couldn't exchange it. He told me to use the insurance that had paid for it separately. I asked if he spoke English, he said no, and after a long argument with him, he started speaking English fluently, and even said that I needed to practice my Spanish in a very ironic manner. After that, I went back to the store with my cousin who speaks Spanish the next day and another employee received the computer saying that it really didn't appear to be a crash, but rather a defect. Hours later, I received an email asking me to file a claim with my insurance company and to lie to the company saying that I had hit my computer so that they could fix it. I ended up doing this, but days went by and I started reading about consumer laws and understanding my rights, since I had the right to exchange it and a warranty. When the computer arrived from the insurance company, 12 days later (today) we went to the store to try to exchange it. I wanted to change the model, and we were treated very badly by the customer service manager... they said that I was not entitled to the warranty, that they could only exchange it with the paper box that the computer came in (that they didn’t say me to keep) and after much discussion we even had to leave at the behest of the store security. I was crying and very nervous, because I had never experience this in my life… I will hire lawyers to help me solve this problem and have...

Today, I visited the Media Markt located on Avinguda Diagonal in Barcelona, and I must say it was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The store is located at Avinguda Diagonal, 477, 08019 Barcelona.

From the moment I entered the store, the atmosphere was unpleasant. The salesperson I interacted with was extremely rude and aggressive. It seemed as though his goal was not to sell products but to assert his own importance. This attitude made it nearly impossible for me as a customer to receive proper advice or have a pleasant shopping experience.

The salesperson with a beard, whose name I unfortunately do not know, stood out particularly negatively. Instead of helping me with my purchasing decision, he continuously blamed me and treated me condescendingly. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. I felt that my presence and questions were a nuisance to him and that he had no interest in helping me.

In summary, this visit to Media Markt in Barcelona was a huge disappointment. Customer service needs urgent improvement, especially through training for sales staff to ensure professional and friendly customer interactions. Unless this changes, I will not visit this Media Markt again and cannot recommend it to others.

Long queue, staff is taking their time in helping customers. Tried to buy an electric scooter, no available information about the products or the warranty process. No way to test the products to avoid another trip as the product is not working. As this is a offline purchase, the process is to go to service and wait. So you cannot use use product that you paid for, for months (as August is next and everyone is on vacation). Avoid this store. Incredible that such as brand as Mediamarkt does not measure the activity here. Had fun while waiting for close to 1 hour with drawing copilot from Microsoft.

Llegamos a comprar un móvil, no les funciona la máquina de turnos, no se organizan. Todo un desastre, le pedimos a uno que nos atienda y se pone todo chulo. Después de 45 minutos esperando a que nos atiendan, compramos el móvil y cometimos el gran error de adquirir el extra de protector de pantalla. Nos manda el chico que nos realizó el cobro a que nos ponga el protector de pantalla otro encargado. Fuimos al final de la tienda y habían 2 personas delante, perfecto. Esperamos, pasan los minutos, el de delante nuestro debía devolver 1 producto. 1 persona quería devolver 1 producto, cuántos agentes para atender a la persona ? 4. Se lo pueden creer, 4 agentes atendiendo a 1 persona y uno de esos agentes solo cogia el producto. Otros 40 minutos esperando a que nos atiendan. Ahora que ponga el protector, lo pase por la maquinita y todo el proceso que el chico parece era nuevo y no sabía unos 15 minutos. En total por comprar un móvil y ponerle un protector se demoraron en atendernos casi 2 horas. No se que clase de capacitación les dan, si es que les darán capacitación para atender bien al cliente pero es pésimo ma verdad. Que mala experiencia de compra, no vuelvo a esta tienda.

Long queue, staff is taking their time in helping customers. Tried to buy an electric scooter, no available information about the products or the warranty process. No way to test the products to avoid another trip as the product is not working. As this is a offline purchase, the process is to go to service and wait. So you cannot use use product that you paid for, for months (as August is next and everyone is on vacation). Avoid this store.
