This review is long overdue! We hired Sincro in 2021/22 for a complete redesign of our flat, and the experience was exceptional. Patricia was our designer, project manager, and main point of contact, and she did an outstanding job handling every aspect of the project—from planning, ideation, and design to managing the build, sourcing furniture, and even overseeing the creation of custom-built beds.

Beyond the obvious design elements, Sincro also took care of logistical challenges we hadn’t anticipated, such as obtaining council permissions. Their comprehensive approach made the entire process seamless. Patricia and her team maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the project, truly listening to our needs, requirements, and vision for the new layout. We wanted an open-plan living space with a good flow, ample storage, and bedrooms suited for our children, all within a contemporary and calming aesthetic. To keep things on track, we had regular online meetings with Patricia for updates and decision-making. She suggested we create a mood board, which helped her understand our ideal colour palette, finishes, and furniture style. From there, she sourced options we wouldn’t have found on our own, making the process much easier. Patricia’s innovative and practical solutions exceeded our expectations. At the top my head… -Ceiling structure support solution so we didn’t have to have a beam going all the way across -Lowering part of the ceiling to integrate air conditioning in a seamless way -Waterproof wallpaper in the bathroom instead of paint as it’s more durable -A creative mix of tiles in WC for added style -A bathroom ledge that enhances both aesthetics and functionality -An angled countertop in the small WC to fit a full-sized sink -A built-in shelf within the wall which is both a feature and practical -Indirect lighting in the living area, which creates a beautifully warm ambience -Built in desk and shelf made of solid wood in living space -Kitchen worktops in a super thin, strong stone that we didn’t know existed

These thoughtful touches and details made a significant difference, and we fully trusted Patricia’s design expertise. Importantly, her recommendations were always tailored to our budget.

One of the best aspects of working with Sincro was the stress-free process. For most of the project, we didn’t even need to be on-site—everything was superbly managed. We checked in at key stages, and when we finally saw the finished flat in person, it was complete, clean, and fully furnished.

Patricia and the entire Sincro team were professional, a delight to work with, and genuinely enthusiastic about the project. Even years later, they have been incredibly helpful with a potential issue that arose.

Por si a alguien le puede ayudar esta reseña contratamos a BYSINCRO tras una selección de resultados por internet un poco a ciegas con el fin de amueblar un piso de obra nueva así como montar una serie de accesorios que nosotros por ser poco manitas no nos veíamos con cuerpo.

Veníamos muy escaldados de la poca profesionalidad del sector y nos hemos encontrado todo lo contrario.

Desde el principio, en plena pandemia, hemos encontrado a un equipo de interioristas ( Silvia / Carolina ) que ha entendido lo que necesitábamos, que se resume en espacio pero sin sacrificar almacenaje, aspecto conseguido a través de camas abatibles y muebles multiusos.

Posteriormente, y poniendo en práctica el diseño de las interioristas, nos ha encantado el buen hacer en "obra" tanto de Luis (chapó), llevando la gestión y comunicación con nosotros, como de su equipo, mención especial para Carlos y Ryder. En todo momento, se nos ha planteado la mejor opción para los accesorios y extras adicionales al mobiliario; es sorprendente como un operario es capaz de abstraerse del montaje en si mismo y ser capaz de visualizar donde quedará bonito o incluso rebatirnos, para bien, ciertas ideas que nosotros teníamos. También es muy valorable de todo operario que ha pasado por el piso (muebles, pintura, pladur, taladros, montaje de televisores, enchufes...) la orientación a no realizar chapuzas y dejarlo todo bien hecho, si hay que estar más tiempo se está si hay que venir otra vez se viene. Adicionalmente, la calidad humana que se deprende del equipo es excepcional.

La comunicación es excelente (whatsapp, llamadas...) que para los novatos como nosotros en el sector, os daréis cuenta de la importancia de que te atiendan y de la tranquilidad.

Por último, y respecto al coste, no es un servicio barato en mano de obra (algo más alto que la media del sector sin ser para nada excesivo) ya que se cobra, evidentemente, el buen servicio, lo que indefectiblemente supone pagar más a los empleados buenos y una capa de gestión. En materiales depende de las calidades que se pidan. Nosotros al principio teníamos dudas y respecto a la mano de obra, podemos decir que valen cada céntimo; respecto a los materiales, nosotros trabajamos con Mobel y estamos encantadísimos con los muebles a medida y las soluciones propuestas por el fabricante a través de BYSINCRO, realmente la tranquilidad que te gestionen el pedido, montaje y problemas que siempre surgen es impagable. Respecto a accesorios, por nuestra experiencia, realizaría un mix en función de los precios que encontréis.

Me gustaría acabar la reseña con algo negativo para que tuvieran margen de mejora, pero la verdad, todo ha ido perfecto. BYSINCRO sólo puedo recomendaros que sigáis así, que existe un tipo de cliente que SÍ valora que se le trate con respeto, si perdéis eso, seréis uno más, sino, os sobrará...

My husband and I hired Sincro to do a complete renovation of our flat. We couldn’t be more impressed with the results! Silvia took the time to understand our vision and offered great suggestions that really elevated the design.

We had Núria and Carlos on the team. From start to finish, they were lovely, professional, efficient, and truly skilled. The quality of work is outstanding—everything from the flooring and lighting to the custom cabinets/ doors looks flawless. The team on site kept the space tidy throughout the whole renovations and was respectful to everyone in the building.

Communication was clear and transparent, making the whole experience stress-free. The flat is now simply unrecognisable!

I would highly recommend Sincro to anyone looking for top-notch renovation work. Their personal touch is also brilliant! We will definitely keep in touch with them and work with the team again...
