The middle aged lady clerk at the store raised her index finger when we tried to order to clearly let us know that she is taking a personal call (she was holding her cellphone, not the store phone) and that we had to wait for her phone call to end (LOL). We were the only customers at the time. Got the classic cheesecake and if it was really good as the many reviewers indicated, I was more than enough to overlook this atrocious customer service, but, alas, it was mushy and tasteless cheesecake tasting worse than the cheapo frozen cheesecake. Good cheesecake. People compare cheesecakes but there are so many different versions. French has a lighter version more like a mousse (gâteau au fromage blanc). In Spain they make the basque version (with queso azul sometimes). New York Cheesecake is also completely different. I think it is honest and good, it will suffice if you're okay with eating another version of what you know. For Bailey's cheesecake, I liked Ireland cheesecake better as I think the taste of Baileys was stronger and association of caramel was a big wow. But this Baileys cheesecake was cute and...

Somewhat overhyped. The basic cheesecake is nice. Not dense like your traditional biscuit base cheesecake with a soft filling that isn't overwhelmingly sweet.

The chocolate one wasn't as nice. Texture was grainy and more akin to your typical chocolate mousse.

It's a nice visit but not a must see.

Myself however won't ever be coming again due to the poor service. The employee was chatting to her colleague while she proceeded to chuck our slices into a brown paper bag and drop it on the counter in front of us whilst continuing to chat. Didn't even look...
